How to Redeem

The customer to visit www.philipscash.bigcityexperience.com and enter their Reward Code, Name, Email ID, Phone Number.
The customer will receive OTP. The customer to submit this OTP on the microsite. Customer will get the SPIN & WIN Page, customer to spin and will be declared the Cash back Reward amount they have won
For the first cashback redemption (eg. INR 350 if customer won Rs. 2100 total cashback reward), Customer to click on claim and choose their preferred mode of receiving cashback (i.e. via bank account or UPI or e-wallet) and enter relevant details. The cashback will be credited to their chosen option within 48-business hours.
For the month 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 cashback redemption, each month on any day during the month, customer to visit the weblink www.philipscash.bigcityexperience.com and click on “already registered tab” and enter the reward code to claim the subsequent month cashback.

Terms and Conditions – Cashback Card

This cashback card is applicable only on purchase of following models from authorized offline retail partners. Air Purifier models: AC1217, AC1758, AC2887, AC2892, AC2958, AC2959, AC3257, AC3259, AC3059, AC3821, AC5659, AC6609 & Floor Care model: FC9352
Offer valid only on purchases made between 11 Feb 2021 – 12 May 2021
Offer valid only on purchase from authorized offline retail partners. Offer also valid on purchase from Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales brand website. Offer not valid on online purchase from e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc.
Last date to upload the invoice on WhatsApp No 63669 21962 for verification is 20 May 2021
After successful review and validation of the invoice/ bill, customer will receive cashback card of either Rs. 2100 or Rs. 2400 or Rs. 3000 or Rs. 4200 or Rs. 5100 Cashback Card in select cities of India. The amount of Cashback Card won will be mentioned in your reward confirmation SMS sent to you post successful activation of the reward code by spinning the wheel.

Rs. 2100 Cashback Card entitles to Rs. 350 Cashback every month for 6 consecutive months
Rs. 2400 Cashback Card entitles to Rs. 400 Cashback every month for 6 consecutive months
Rs. 3000 Cashback Card entitles to Rs. 500 Cashback every month for 6 consecutive months
Rs. 4200 Cashback Card entitles to Rs. 700 Cashback every month for 6 consecutive months
Rs. 5100 Cashback Card entitles to Rs. 850 Cashback every month for 6 consecutive months

If in any month(s) – month 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 customer fails to redeem the cashback, ¬ the unutilized amount cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.
The last date to activate the cashback card is 30 days from the date of issuance of reward code via SMS, which will be sent to the registered mobile number after successful verification of the invoice/ bill or on or before 22/05/2021 whichever is earlier. Failure to activate this cashback card within 30 days from the date of issuance of reward codes or on or before 22/05/2021 whichever is earlier will render the cashback card invalid and unusable. In such a case this cashback card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.
Only registered cashback cards with Unique Registration Number will be valid for processing cashback requests.
Cashback Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Online Wallet or Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the cashback card
This offer is subject to promotional availability.
If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.
The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
The Wallet Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies.
In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet / cashback partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Philips India Limited or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating such as Non-KYC, Account not active, Account Blocked etc. to the redemption of the coupon including redemption request not being honored by the wallet partner.
In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the cashback voucher.
Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.
The wallet partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.
This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the service provider shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
The validity of cashback Vouchers cannot be extended; new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
Multiple cashback vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single transaction.
Cashback Vouchers cannot be returned, reloaded or resold.
The Cashback voucher cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
Lost/ stolen cashback vouchers will not be replaced/ compensated in any way by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Philips India Limited or any vendors associated with this promotion.
Customer can change their preferred mode of receiving cashback reward in month 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6.
If the customer forgets/ does not redeems cashback in any subsequent month(s) – 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, cashback reward only for those months will be forfeited. Customer can still redeem cashback in future months. For example, if customer forgets to redeem cashback in month 2, they can still redeem cashback in month 3, 4, 5 and 6 as per defined process.

Only 1 cashback reward code will be issued on one invoice/ bill copy irrespective of the number of eligible units purchased. In case of any discrepancy/ dispute, invoice copy of the customer to be send via mail to Philips team and exception approval to be given only after written confirmation from Philips team

General T&C

The promotion (“Promotion”) is being held by Philips India Limited (“Philips”). The Vouchers are being supplied by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd (“Company”) along with multiple service providers who have partnered with the Company for the Cashback offer (“Offer”) under this Promotion (“Partners”).
The Promotion is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Philips, Company and the Partners, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
The Promotion/ Offers are subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between any Participant/ the Company / the Partners and Philips and they shall not have the authority to bind Philips in any manner whatsoever.
The usage of the Voucher (“Voucher”) is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the Voucher holder/purchaser (“Customer”). Such conditions need to be followed by the Customer. Customers must comply with all the Terms & Conditions herein before claiming the Offers. Philips has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to the Terms & Conditions

The "How to Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
The Offer shall be for purchase made between 11/02/2021 and 12/05/2021 and shall be redeemable by 22/05/2021. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names, Item Codes (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards. The Store Name, Store Address & Store GST No should be in a printed format.
In case of hand written bills, only bills with printed store name, address, GST No., Invoice/ Bill No. and hand written product details, customer details written in legible manner will be considered.
Only the purchases made between 11/02/2021 till 12/05/2021 will be considered for rewards.
The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products
One single bill/invoice will be valid for a maximum of one reward codes irrespective of SKUs purchased.
Offer applicable only on purchase of approved models from authorized retail partners. Applicable for purchase from Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales brand online store as well. Not applicable on purchase from e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc.
This Voucher entitles you to the following: Either Rs. 2100 Cashback Card Or Rs. 2400 Cashback Card Or Rs. 3000 Cashback Card Or Rs. 4200 Cashback Card Or Rs. 5100 Cashback Card.
Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
Each Customer represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Promotion the Participant warrants that all information provided by the Customer regarding the Customer’s name, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
Philips or the Company will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Customers who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Philips or the Company will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Promotion / Contest.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Philips to conduct further Promotions / Contests etc.
Philips or the Company accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Philips or the Company shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
If a Customer is dissatisfied with the Promotion /Offers or the rules and/or any content or any requirements of the same, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion / Offer / Contest.
Validity of the Promotion/ Vouchers/ Offers cannot be extended, or new Vouchers/ Offers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers / Offers.
Any additional costs to be incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbance, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances shall not be borne by Philips or the Company or Partners.
If a person chooses to access the Promotion Website from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country and India.
The participation in the Promotion is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
To participate in this Promotion, regular call and message rates apply along with Standard fair usage policy and usage norms set by the respective telecom operator shall apply.
Concierge Lines are open only from Monday to Friday between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm and are closed on weekends /public holidays including bank holidays.
The Promotion, Contest, Vouchers and Offers are subject to promotional availability, government regulations and force majeure conditions.
This Promotion is available only to qualifying Philips India Ltd. customers only.
All additional taxes that may be incurred in the redemption of the Promotion / Voucher/ Offer will be borne by the Customer.
Under this Promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by the Company and Philips is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the Offers and the Promotion offered with this Voucher.
All decisions of Philips regarding the Promotion / Offer/ winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by, Philips and are not limited to, meeting of the participants‟ requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un-interestedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the promotion, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the promotion.
Philips reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion / Offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
Philips shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher / Offers .
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Philips, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, arising at Philips, Philips reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
Philips is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer or tablets related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion or any other failure of any nature on part of Philips.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Philips which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Philips reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Philips and the Company (as the case may be) reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Philips suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by a Customer, the Customer agrees to indemnify Philips for those losses, damages and costs.
The Company and Philips will have no legal and financial liability on the Promotion / Voucher/ Offer, unclaimed Offer, incentives, Vouchers, unclaimed Vouchers etc. during and beyond the applicable periods as mentioned above.
The Company and Philips, their clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the Vouchers, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured Offers.
Philips reserves the right at any time to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by another promotion, whether similar to this Promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Philips decision in this regard shall be final.
Philips reserves the right, at any stage, to disqualify any Customer without notice, including but not limited to, if Philips believes in its sole and unfettered discretion that such Customer violates any law or regulation for the time being in force, infringes upon any third party right or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Philips’ decision in this respect will be final and binding on the Customers and the Company and the Partners.
Customers/ Company / Partners shall bear all responsibility and liability for the Offers and Vouchers and the Promotion and Philips shall in no way be held responsible or liable for any non-compliance of any of the conditions laid down under these Terms and Conditions.
Philips is not in receipt of any personal information under this Promotion whatsoever and all personal information shall be directly shared between the Customer and the Company / Partners.
The Company and the Partners agree that they shall ensure strict compliance with all the privacy laws applicable with regard to the personal information of the Customer. The Customer and the Company and the Partners hereby completely and fully indemnify Philips in this regard.
The Customers undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Philips to cover the Promotion through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The participants must, at the request of Philips, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Philips using their name and image in promotional material.
All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with Philips at all times. Philips or any person or entity permitted by Philips in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
All material submitted in connection with the Promotion (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of the Customers are assigned to Philips upon submission and become the property of Philips exclusively. Philips may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of Philips.
The Customers agree that they are sharing their personal information out of their own free will and shall not hold Philips responsible for any misuse or any other use of the information whatsoever by the Company/ Partners providing the services / products.
Customers/ Company/ Partners shall at all times fully indemnify and hold harmless Philips, their officers, directors, agents, and employees, associate companies from any and all costs, losses, claims, demands, damages and liabilities, actions including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party and/or penalty imposed due to and/or arising out of breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or violation of any law, rules or regulations and/or the rights of a third party and/or the infringement by Customers/ Company/ Partners including, without limitation, copyright and trademark infringement, obscene and/or indecent postings, and on-line defamation, and/or any third party or of any intellectual property and/or other right of any person and/or entity.
Philips reserves the right to, terminate, modify or extend this Promotion, in full or in part at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Decision of Philips will be final and binding regarding this Promotion and the Vouchers &Offers. Philips reserves the right to alter the Promotion, add or remove the products / services without any prior notice.
Philips. and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of any prize.
By entering the Promotion, the Participant hereby releases from and agrees to indemnify Philips and/ or any of its respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
Philips and the Company accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, the Company or third parties in relation to the Promotion / Offers / Vouchers.
The Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Promotion by conducting an illegal act. Participant also undertakes to indemnify Philips and/or the Company and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by Philips or the Company on account of such act on the part of the Participant.
In consideration of Philips allowing the Participant/s to take part in the Contest, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against Philips, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Promotion or related to the Promotion or the Offers / Vouchers.
Any clarification on the Offers shall be made within 7 days of the receipt of the Offers. Any clarification on the Promotion shall be made within 10 days from the closure of the Promotion Period. No query or correspondence shall be entertained after the expiry of the same. All decisions of Philips regarding running / process / redemption etc of the Promotion / Offers, shall be final and binding on the Customers/ Company / Partners under this Promotion / Offer. No appeals and solicitations will be entertained in this regard
Philips does not endorse the quality of any of the services / products being offered by the Company / Partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Company / Partner offering the relevant service / product.
By participating in this Promotion / Offer, Customers/ Company/ Partners hereby affirm and declare that the information submitted for this Promotion / Offer is true and agrees to keep Philips indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (Including attorney’s fees) raised by any third party/person. Philips shall not go into the merits of such claim by the third party/person but shall deem that such information is infringed and would reserve its right to proceed in manner as per legal remedies available.
This is a Promotion and has no monetary value (other than that defined in the Offers only) and is not saleable or transferable. The Offers / Vouchers etc cannot be exchanged for money / Offer/ any other product(s) / service. This Promotion / Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer / contest.
Philips and the Company, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers/ tickets etc and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
The Promotion, Contest, Vouchers, Offers and the Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurgaon.
Persons shall at all times observe the code of conduct and shall not behave in an unruly manner and shall adhere to all the rules, regulations, guidelines etc as may be prescribed by the different parties i.e Philips / Company / Partners etc.
Philips its employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the Promotion / Offers / Vouchers, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury at featured venues, and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality or availability of featured venues, products, services etc.
Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of Philips or the Company.
The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the Voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the Voucher holder/purchaser.
The Company is acting as an executing agency for this promotional Offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer
This Promotion is valid throughout the territory of India, and is valid only for purchases made in India.
Offers valid as per dates mentioned on the Voucher.
